Written information may be posted on the NMSU campus at designated locations (a list may be obtained from the Campus Activities Office). Written materials may not be placed on automobile windshields, traffic signs, power poles, trees or any part of a university building or structure including walls, glass, doors or floors. Permission to use building bulletin boards is at the discretion of the building monitor and use must conform to facility operating policies where they exist.
Posters or signs providing directions or information related to a convention or special event may be placed on single stakes and displayed on the date of the event, but must be removed by the sponsoring group when the event is over.
